Meet Susanna Cohen
Hello! My name is Susanna Cohen and I love helping people with their real estate needs! I am originally from Midland, Texas where I attended college and worked for a local oil company. I moved to Colorado in 1979 when I was hired as a flight attendant for the original Frontier Airlines. I have been a full time broker since January 2 of 1987. Since then I have assisted hundreds of clients in all of their real estate needs. From just looking at properties for fun to marketing entire developments of luxury, custom homes, I have the track record to assist you with your real estate needs. My longevity and success in this industry is due, in part, to the help of working with a great team of professionals from my photographer to the best lenders, inspectors, and title companies. I make your real estate goals my priority!
Why work with Susanna Cohen?
In the past 33 years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients sell and buy homes. I have received numerous sales and marketing awards in recognition for my service.
“Susanna did an outstanding job for us as we searched for our new home. She worked tirelessly and with endless patience as we searched and searched for the perfect house. She was always available and always made us feel like we were the most important clients in the world. No one has ever worked as hard for us in searching for the right home and the right deal.”

Giving Back to the Community
I’m very passionate about giving back to the community. Since moving here in 1979 from Midland, Texas, I have been involved within the community in a number of ways. I have volunteered at Denver Academy and make charitable donations to D.A. as well. I was fortunate enough to receive tuition assistance when my son was attending D.A. and feel very strongly that his success is largely in part to his education that he received at Denver Academy too!
Denver Hospice is another focus of mine that started with the “Mask Project” in 2012. I attended their extensive volunteer training program that same year so I could be of service. I started my active volunteering with Denver Hospice patients in 2013.
